Position: Factory Program Leader
公司背景：亚洲公司，主要产品包括手提电脑，服务器、液晶与数字产品，在该领域内产量位居全球前列。
Company Background: An Asia company with major products of notebook and server. Its output is top 5 in the world.

工作职责 / Responsibilities:
－ 依據客戶需求,制定新產品導入計劃,並領導實施；
Make and carry out the plan of new product on the basis of customer’s needs.
－ 組織團隊解決新產品試產過程中遇到的各種工程和材料問題；
Organize the team to solve the problems of engineering and material in the process of new production test.
－ 與客戶保持及時溝通,並解決客戶提出的所有疑問和問題。
Communicate with the customers at any time and solve all the questions from them.

任职要求 / Requirements：
－ 美/日外籍人員或海歸人員；
Nationality is USA or Japanese, the man came from abroad is also accepted.
－ 35歲以下,能與美日客戶對应；
With good communication and coordination skill with customers from USA or Japanese, age between 23-35 is a must.
－ 大學相關科係畢業,並具有相關工作經驗；
Relative BA degree and working experience.
－ 略懂中文。
Know a little Chinese is the best.
