Position: Production Technical Supervisor
公司背景：亚洲公司，主要产品包括手提电脑，服务器、液晶与数字产品，在该领域内产量位居全球前列。
Company Background: An Asia company with major products of notebook and server. Its output is top 5 in the world.

工作职责 / Responsibilities:
－ 協助規劃工廠怖置,增加空間利用率；
Help to plan the factory program and improve useful rate of the space.
－ 規劃生產資訊系統；
Plan the production MIS.
－ 評估制造成本,制定標準工時，減少資源浪費；
Evaluate the production cost, make the standard work time to reduce the resource waste.
－ 協助生產線解決問題,降低生產干擾因素；
Help production line to solve the problem, and reduce the quantity of the function, which interfere the production.
－ 分析生產效率,整合電子、機構、IE問題提出改善計劃；
Analyze the production efficiency, ireorganize the problem from electronic, mechanism and industry engineering, and then raise the better plan.
－ 執行新機型試產及量產準備工作；
Responsible for the production of the new productor and prepair the mass production.
－ 製作管理控制生產文件,供生產線遵循；
Make the control document to manage the production work.
－ 維護生產系統資料庫,減少生產線出錯機率。
Safeguard the production syterm documents, so reduce the mistaken from production line.

任职要求 / Requirements：
－ 大學本科(電子,機械,自動化,電腦,IE)；
Bachelor degree or above, electronic, mechanism, auto, computer, IE and other similar major will be a must.
－ 英語或日語流利；
Fluent English or Japanese (special spoken English or Japanese).
－ 3年以上電子廠經驗；
At least 3 years working experiences in electronic factory.
－ 外籍人士或海歸人員亦可。
Nationality is USA or Japanese, the man came from abroad is also accepted.
