Position: Project Manager
Company background: Our client is an American wholly-owned enterprise. It’s a leading consulting, engineering and construction company involves in offering turnkey project management, engineering design, procurement and construction management to build industrial plants from green field for multinational industrial clients. Its core customers include automobile, chemical, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and others manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities:
－ Monitor and control the approved operating cost budget.
－ Oversee the project activities to ensure proper design, configuration of system offer during quotation and contract execution stage.
－ Play a key role in tendering, obtaining approvals from relevant local government bodies.
－ Problem identification and shooting during the construction period, as well as push for meeting the project completion target date.
－ Develop and maintain good relationship with partners, customers and relevant government authorities.
－ Understand and monitor the contractual obligations and rights under each contract.

Requirements:
－ Bachelor degree or above.
－ 10 years experience in construction industry.
－ Rudimentary engineering knowledge / project management experience.
－ Proven ability to effectively interact with multiple level people.
－ Good commercial acumen with knowledge of lump sum calculations and guaranteed maximum price.
－ Excellent English and Chinese Mandarin communication skills.
－ Strong planning, designing, organizing, project management and negotiation skills.
－ Good leadership and strategic thinking potential.
－ Strong customer awareness.
－ Smart and aggressive.
－ Mature, open and confident personality.
－ Pro-active, high integrity and results driven.
－ Good tract record in engineering, procurement and construction.
－ Willing to work out of Shanghai.
