Position: Chemical Process Engineer
Company background: Our client is an American wholly-owned enterprise. It’s a leading consulting, engineering and construction company involves in offering turnkey project management, engineering design, procurement and construction management to build industrial plants from green field for multinational industrial clients. Its core customers include automobile, chemical, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and others manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Project Manager and support Project Manager on the process related scope.
- Manage process design and establish effective communication with Project Manager and customers.
- Manage the local designing institute.
- Develop P&ID, process calculation and technical specifications.
- Develop cost estimate for the process scope.
- Assist procurement team in auditing and qualifying vendors and sub-contractors.
- Site supervision on process installation and commissioning.
- Manage project closing documentation for process related documents and as built drawings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in chemical engineering with minimum 5-7 years experience on process design and site supervision of chemical and pharmaceutical projects.
- Good personality with effective communication skills.
- Good manner and positive attitude.
- Good background on chemical process, instrumentation and site supervision experience.
- Willing to travel and station at site according to project needs.
- Initiative & willingness to take challenge.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
- Independent and good team player.
